More Search Options

This form helps you fine-tune your search to find only the most relevant help articles. Enter your keywords below, then use the Match dropdown menu and choose Any Words, All Words, or Exact Phrase.
 

1. Enter your keywords

Keywords:

Match:

  • Any Words finds pages that contain any one or more of your keywords. This broadens your search. For instance, an Any Words search for "Internet Explorer" will find any pages that contain the word "Internet" and/or "Explorer."

  • All Words finds pages that contain all of your keywords, but not in the specific order you provide them. This narrows your search. An All Words search for "favorites Internet Explorer" will find only pages that contain all three of those keywords.

  • Exact Phrase finds pages that contain your keywords in the exact order you provide them. An Exact Phrase search for "favorites Internet Explorer" will return different results than a search for "Internet Explorer favorites."
