Are there premium services specifically for business Members? Yes. During registration, you get to choose one premium service from a list of select SBC Yahoo! premium services that include business-focused options such as access to premium business content from hundreds of trade journals, 25MB of additional storage for your main email account and an Email Marketing Trial (a campaign service with tools that help you manage customer lists, create professional emails and track opens and clicks). Plus select up to three discounted services from a select list of SBC Yahoo! premium services that includes advanced AntiVirus Software, a full Email Marketing subscription and a subscription to the SBC Yahoo! Promotional Marketing Store (a comprehensive online source for promotional products and services). Once you make your choices, you can always view your selections or add new ones at the Member Center. 2. What security features are available with SBC Yahoo! Dial Business Edition? You get firewall protection software, email virus protection, Pop-Up Blocker, Parental controls and spam filtering. 3. What are sub accounts, and how do I create one? A sub account is an additional account with a unique Member ID and password. Your membership comes with 10 at no extra charge, and each one has a private email account and customizable home page. Create new sub accounts at the Member Center. 4. What is the difference between the Personal Center and Business Center? The Personal Center is aimed at people who use the Internet primarily for personal matters, and the Business Center is directed at small business owners. Your default home page will be set based on what you choose during registration, but you can still do both business and personal things online no matter which one you choose. You can even toggle between the two pages with the click of your mouse. With SBC Yahoo! DSL, you pay just one price for two great alternatives. 5. In what ways can I personalize my SBC Yahoo! Dial Business Edition home page? With the controls at the top of your home page and the edit buttons in each content module, you can personalize almost every aspect of your home page. Pick the content, the layout, the number of columns, and even the colors. You can also create other personalized content pages and access them right from your home page.
